I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel not far from the Eszterhazi palace in Fertöd. The location was perfect, as it was situated next to a charming restaurant and a small artificial lake. The hotel itself surprised me with its attention to detail. The rooms, while not like on pictures, were comfortable and well-equipped with basic amenities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options and was a great way to start the day.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

It is a few minutes on foot to the public spa. We were able to spend it leisurely.

A super deal and very friendly and attentive staff made our 2 night stay very enjoyable. Should the same price become available again, we will return. Breakfast was good, and our evening meal most enjoyable. Recommended by us!! Only 1 hour from the new Parndorf designer village in Austria too.

We enjoyed the modern and comfortable facilities of the hotel. The breakfast and on-site restaurant were delicious with great value. The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting activities in the neighborhood of the lake and relaxing in the spa.

A very comfortable and relaxing hotel. Staff were very helpful and made us feel very much at home.

The restaurant was amazing, they have a long and diverse menu with fish, poultry, beef, pork and game dishes. The staff at reception was extremely helpful. We asked for pick-up, as we don´t have car and the owner was waiting for us punctually on the Fertoszeplak-Fertod train station. It takes 5 min to get to the pension with it and costs roughly 3 eur.

They should consider the placement of several extra loungers in the spa since the pension was nearly fully-booked during the weekend and when we went down there, all of them was occupied.

Located in the neighborhood of Lake Fertod, this hotel is a great choice for those visiting the famous Eszterhazi palace in Fertöd. While dining in the onsite restaurant on a Sunday, one can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. The wellness center is also a plus, with a sauna and steam room available. the rooms are clean and comfortable with air conditioning turned on.

The hotel's restaurant menu has limited vegetarian options, and sometimes the staff may have language barriers with visitors who do not speak German.

The location was good for out needs and the staff was most helpful in securing transportation for us.

Spent Christmas here with my family and had a great time! The location was perfect, surrounded by a natural park and a beautiful lake. We enjoyed renting bikes and exploring the area, which was easily accessible from the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The saunas in the wellness area were fantastic for unwinding after a day out. We also appreciated the free parking and the ample breakfast options.

The restaurant options could have been better, but we found some great local places nearby. The WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but we were able to get it back up and running quickly.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always eager to help. Thirdly, the location was perfect - not far from the Eszterhazi palace in Fertöd and close to the beautiful Lake Fertod. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail that exceeded my expectations.

All in all, I can confidently say that everything was more than okay.

Nice location close to attractions and public transport. Clean sheets and towels were provided for free. The breakfast was satisfying with a variety of food choices and fresh fruits.

In general, the hotel was old and not clean enough. The furniture was outdated and the carpets were dirty.
